Hey guys!
We are looking for a 3rd person to occupy our beautiful home in Bentleigh East.
This home features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and easily accessible On-Street Parking.
Our lease doesn’t expire until April 2022 - in 7 months time. We’re looking for someone to take over our previous tenants lease - as he has moved out into his partner's place.
We’re situated in a spectacular location in Bentleigh East. We’re in a quiet neighbourhood near great parks with easy access to public transport (buses), walking distance to local supermarkets and plenty of amazing cafes! Chadstone Shopping Centre is 10 minutes drive away - and we’re close to GESAC, an aquatic centre / gymnasium 5 minutes drive away. We’re also pretty close to the CBD - 14kms away!
This is not a party house, this is somewhere you can call a home. The room available is downstairs on the ground floor, which is second biggest bedroom in the household. This spacious, light filled bedroom has carpeted floors, with your own ensuite - and what’s even better… your own personal walk in wardrobe! You can see all this in the pictures attached. This modern house is already furnished with an entertainment area, a lounge area, an outdoor seating area, and a study/working area. We have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher also. All you have to do is move in with your bed, your belongings and.. done!
We are open to the idea of pets - a dog preferably since Thao is allergic to cats. LGBTQI friendly household, everyone is welcomed to apply!
We will be doing interviews via zoom, face-time, or when lockdown ends - face to face in the next coming weeks (if possible). If we think you'd be a great fit for the house (and vice versa), we will get you to apply to our real estate agent for the owner to approve.
