Nice area to live, convenient to Melbourne via the ring road plus about 4ks to Geelong City Centre. The house is nice. I have a private sunroom which I spend alot of time in. Would be looking for a good personality match and a clean person. I am an easy going guy and enjoy a chat although mutual respect is a must. I have had 3 housemates in the past in this room and all of which I remain friends with to this day.
