The house is in a fantastic leafy location and walking distance to cafes (AU79, Three Bags Full, Mollie), pubs (The Park Hotel, 10min walk to Smith St), Aldi, Abbotsford Convent, all the lovely trails around the Yarra and all the shops and food in Richmond and Collingwood. Trams along Victoria Street and the train from Collingwood or North Richmond stations (Mernda & Hurstbridge lines) are also 4 minutes walk away.

There is heaps of street parking with a permit available on application to the Yarra council.

The rent is $1,375 PCM ($320/w) paid on the 15th of the month and the bond is $1,920 (6 weeks) . The room is available as of 14 April.

You'll be living with Natalia and myself (JM) both professionals in our 30's. Natalia works for a not for profit (WFH) and studies part time, and I am a tech professional and work in the city.

Looking for someone who works full time, is respectful, enjoys living in a clean relaxed warm home. We typically maintain a relaxed peaceful vibe, generally have our own things going on but we enjoy a kitchen chat when we can. Looking for someone who would love to continue our friendly, considerate, quiet and relaxing vibe!

No couples or pets unfortunately. Ideally we would be looking for a guy (late 20s, 30s) to balance it out.
