We're looking for Girl to come and joing us in our amazing apartment!!
The location is in Abbotsford area. It's nearby Victoria garden so it's a super short distance to a train station. Also, it's 1 minutes by walking to bus stop (200,202,207). Last but not least, the intersection of Victoria park station has heaps of buses to transfer (246,302,303,304,305,309,318,350,905,906,907,908)

We have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. You will have your own room with private bathroom !! The rent is $300/week including all bills and internet.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- Aircon and heating system
- Very clean and well equipped
- Personal card to access the building
- Washing machine in the flat
- Well equipped kitchen
- Big balcony
- Your bed comes clean sheets, blankets, pillows and towel.

You're pretty much just need your luggage to move in! Minimum staying is 3 months and 1 month notice before moving out. Bond 1 month.
