Hello there - I'm Mandy... I am the owner and based in Newtown in Sydney. I have recently and lovingly renovated this 3 bedroom home and wish to rent out 2 rooms only. I won't be living here, but the 3rd room has been set up as guest room for tenants to use. Ideally you are looking for a hassle free rental on your own or with a friend. Looking for down to earth and honest person / people - age doesn't matter as long as there is respect.... I would consider renting both if needed, but also it's lovely to have that 3rd room spare for you to use for friends or family or as a study area. Plus it means you are living in a nice big 3 bedroom home with only one other person!!! I would consider a low maintenance pet 🙂
