Renovated ground floor converted space is a self-contained apartment under a Queenslander style house. Very quiet neighbourhood near the Brisbane River and close to public transport (see 105 and 107 buses).
The apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen area with stool seats and a counter style table. All rooms branch off from the living area. The large bathroom has plenty of shelf space, a bath and a shower.
The two rooms for rent have wonderful natural light from big windows. There are no tall fences just outside the windows to block the breeze.
All bills included – power, water and wi-fi internet.
Selected furnishings can be supplied for either room: chest of draws, bookcase, desk, clothes rack, bed and frame as seen in the pictures.
No smokers.
We are looking for women who are mature, clean & tidy (but not obsessive), self-sufficient, able to contribute, employed or full time students, not partiers, up for a social chat and maybe a social drink. It would be great to have someone friendly not just a person that just shares the apartment.
