It's double brick and concrete so it's very quiet and the temperature is well regulated.
Its a fully equipped home, with a pool table, 2 fridges, 2 balconies, fully equipped garage(if you're into that), firepit, BBQ and backyard seating. The location is extremely convenient whether you're using public transport or driving. Less than 5 minute walk to the local shops, 10 minute walk to the train station and a 5-10 minute drive to any other grocery store you could need.
