You'll love it's only a brief 4-minute walk to Windsor train station, ensuring your daily commute is both seamless and efficient. Additionally, the bus stop on Lutwyche Road is just a 2-minute walk away, offering even more convenience. However, I'd like to be upfront and mention that the property is situated near a train line. While this provides unbeatable transportation convenience, I want to be sure you're aware that it might not be ideal for those light sleepers.
As for the living areas, they're fully furnished, so you'll only need to bring your bedroom essentials and perhaps your favorite kitchen pots and pans. Spending quality time with family and friends is a big part of my life, whether it's going out and exploring or simply having a relaxing chat on the couch. Of course, I'm not always in full social mode – I also need time to recharge. This usually involves enjoying movies, playing video games, and ordering takeout, which I find to be the perfect combination of comfort.
Staying active is important to me, and you'll often find me at GoodLife, working out and staying fit. I also enjoy taking long walks around Brisbane. I'm trying to get into running but no luck yet.
My work in engineering was an unexpected passion of mine. I find joy in tackling technical challenges, and problem-solving keeps me motivated and engaged.
On top of all that, I've discovered another hobby that brings me immense satisfaction – baking. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and whipping up delicious treats in the kitchen. From fluffy cakes to artisan bread, baking is my way of expressing creativity and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

Adding to my list of interests and activities, I enjoy baking and do it semi-frequently. So sharing homemade treats with my housemate would definitely be on the table!
