You’ll be sharing with a 30-year-old male who works in a professional corporate role and travels regularly for work (1–2 weeks each month), so you’ll often have the place to yourself. He’s clean, respectful, easygoing, and values a calm, comfortable home environment. The house is well-maintained, quiet, and definitely not a party house, ideal for someone who appreciates a relaxed and tidy space to come home to.
