Home Description
Description of the home
The apartment is conveniently situated a stone’s throw from the popular lifestyle precinct, the Gasworks Plaza. There are pretty good cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping amenities, including the James Street shopping strip a couple of blocks away. The Brisbane Riverwalk is a short walk away offering you a 30-minute walk or 10-minute cycle commute to Brisbane’s CBD plus ample public transport options nearby as well.
The flat is partly furnished and comes with a refrigerator, dining table set, and an old sofa. It has an open living area with balcony and screening . The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a natural gas cooktop, a dishwasher, and plenty of storage. You will have the communal bathroom all to yourself (however, the laundry facility is inside that, so I may have to use it for laundry purpose once a week/two). Your bedroom comes with a single bed and mattress (or queen, if you prefer) but no other furniture. Swipe to see the pictures to get the idea of the room size with the single bed as a reference. Unfortunately, no parking (to my knowledge, there are only limited spots in the residential permit parking, rest are all metered with ranging from 2Ps to max 12P between 7AM-7PM).
Also, your application will need to be approved by the real estate agent (which will be quite smooth given that I have already spoken to them about it, just for formality) and with the bond, you will have to pay the amount to me so we can arrange and list you through the RTA portal and sort that out.

As a person, I am bit on the introverted side but friendly at the same time. Quite easy to live with, tidy (obviously not hotel-level spotless), and most importantly, respectful of people I share space with. And I have a quiet lifestyle, give all the smiles back if I receive, sit back and chill.
