You basically get the downstairs of the house, consisting of... 2 large bedrooms with built-ins (one could easily work as a loungeroom. Large air con in one room cools both rooms easily. There is also your own shower and toilet as well as kitchen cupboards, sink (when we lived in here we set it up with air fryer, microwave, sandwich press and a hotplate).

So its pretty much self contained, we would share, the front door, the washing machine and the garage for storage. A couple mins drive to the waterfront. Has double driveway, so upstairs gets one side, downstairs gets the other. Ready on 21st May. $360 per week rent + $20 per week per person, covers, superfast nbn, electricity and water. So $400 pw includes bills.2 undercover outdoor areas for you to use. Must have stable income to be approved by the landlord/real estate.

Two sisters and a son (grown man) live upstairs. Quiet, homebodies, easy going. Not a party house.

Would suit couple, single or single parent. Pretty separate, so its more like we will be neighbours rather than housemates 😊

We dont have pets but we love them. The previous tenant had dogs so landlord is probably OK with pets.
