• King single bed, with trundle bed underneath (linen supplied);

• Shared laundry, full size kitchen including the use of utensils, pots, etc, balcony;

• It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the 8th level (of 16 levels);
• The complex has high security/cctv;
• Next door is Brisbane's German Club and Gabba stadium;

• Must have a reasonably good level of English and be able to verbally communicate;
• I cannot accommodate pets or a person running a business from the apartment;

I am a male born in 1974 (yes, I am old lol). I am a bit ocd (clean). I enjoy "clean", clever and cheeky banter. I am retired. I have an extremely, mild disability (Basically, I cannot run anymore. Therefore, you won’t see me dancing on the ceiling lol). I am stupidly active. I am a non-smoking person with a polite and a very positive attitude. I am a very empathetic, respectful and relaxed person, who doesn’t do stress. I would have to be the most chilled/relaxed person you’ll ever meet. I respect people’s religious/cultural beliefs. I rarely drink, but do like the odd cheeky glass of wine. I love a coffee and a chat. I am a father of two girls (therefore, I know/learnt the importance of listening lol). I am also a “doer” type of person (another words, I don’t get into “turns”. Example: If the bins need emptying, I just empty it, etc). I also have a Blue Card. Happy to do a video call.
