I am offering the room or two, separate toilet and bathroom in fully furnished, clean, tidy & cosy home, with 2 living areas and Smart TV. I would prefer non-smoking-fulltime-working-professional MALE 30+. OR perhaps YOUNG GIRL 22-25+, may be even temporary, who perhaps arrived from overseas and hasn't got a lot of belongings. OR maybe... MATURE, fulltime-working COUPLE and I'll offer then a second room and also the queen-size bed.

My home is in a quiet area, just next door to a little local park. And it is with a close distance to 3 different Shopping Centres, 3 taverns, restaurants, bakeries, cafe`63, medical facilities, and the Lions Football Club. It is also, walking distance to the Lake area with the walking tracks and verity of the exercise machines. 20-30 mins car-drive to Brisbane CBD. Short walking-distance to the public transport and the train station only 3.5 km away!
