It’s a spacious five-bedroom house with multiple living areas and lots of off-street parking which all makes this home easy to live in. Only four of the five bedrooms are to be occupied so there is plenty of space, especially if lockdowns occur for WFH etc.

We’ve got all the things including a fully stocked kitchen with soda stream, coffee machine and thermomix, robot and cordless vacuum. All general consumables are included in the rent and are generally responsibly sourced e.g. plenty of Who Gives a Crap loo roll etc.

The house is a short 5-minute walk to Chelmer Station or a 12-minute walk across the river on the pedestrian bridge to Indooroopilly Station (if you need an express train). There is also a bus stop within metres of the driveway. Surrounded by parks, gyms, footy clubs and the river loop it’s a lovely area to be in.

You’ll be living with Ana (psychology student at UQ) & her beautiful dog Bella, Ian who works in contract admin in the city & myself (also a professional working in west end). All of us are easy going, tidy & respectful with our own busy lives but we enjoy a chat & catch up when we do cross paths!
