Great place for a student or full time worker with the house being just off a main road but far enough that traffic is barely heard. Landlord is so friendly and water, electricity and internet is all shared.

Massive gorgeous shower, plenty of storage in the bathroom and hallway cupboards, 2 communal balconies outside the living and dining rooms (no one uses them so take them over with plants!) parking space in garage for 1 car, massive kitchen with shared appliances but welcome to bring your own, big living and separate dining area both with room to make your own but also furnished.

Your space would be entirely your own, plus the option to use a big part of the living space as your own as well. Open to having people check out the place!
