Description of the home

I am looking for a full-time or part-time working female-only housemate to share the house with me.
I will be away from mid December till end of Feb, so you will basically have the place to yourself :) The unit is available till end of February 2022.

You will be getting the spacious master bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom, as well as remote control garage for parking. The room is furnished. If you have some minimal personal furniture items that can fit into the room that is fine. If you want to bring your own mattress that is also fine.
The rest of the house is already furnished, but welcome to bring own crockery and cutlery if desired.

The property is well-situated in a quiet area with golf course view, located between Carindale/Carina and Cannon Hill.
It has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room with washing machine. From the living room you walk out onto a large undercover patio with a beautiful view.
All bills (electricity, water and unlimited wifi internet) are included in the rent.

Close to the shops, bus stop, and other amenities. Both Cannon Hill shopping centre and Carindale mall are just 5 minutes drive away.
Female only. Regret no pets, or partners sleeping over.
