4 bedroom low-set house, with open plan kitchen and dining. The lounge room is at the back of the house and can be closed off to the rest of the home.
The outside has a large outdoor area, and the backyard, where someone could possibly grow their own garden, however, no pets are allowed.
There are three bedrooms at the back of the house, with the main bedroom with ensuite at the front of the house.
The third housemate will share the communal bathroom with Sarah, whilst Nicole has an en-suite attached to her bedroom.
There are ceiling fans in every bedroom. There is an air-conditioner in the lounge room.
The kitchen features a dishwasher.
As part of the overall rent/utilities, the front and rear gardens are maintained regularly. A cleaner also comes in fortnightly.
The person will need to have their own transport, with public transport access within walking distance on Meadowlands Road.

Bills and expenses

Internet, Electricity, Netflix, Stan, Disney +, Gardening, and Cleaner are seperate to the rental price, however there is a fortnightly amount to cover all expenses that is equal to each other housemate.
