Located just of Algester Road. My 3 bedroom newly renovated townhouse in Calamvale is secluded just off Algester Road (actually quiet) and a short walk from peak hour bus stop, post office and IGA not far down the road.
The home is tastefully furnished and recently part renovated with new carpets throughout, a landscaped courtyard (currently a work in progress) to enjoy all year round and a fully capable kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooking accessories etc). There is a laundry in the garage with a washing machine and dryer I’m happy to share a drying rack. We have high speed NBN FTTP with wireless access secured, with a generous unliimited data.
While personal transport is not necessary as Bus services are not far from here, if you have private transport there are ample parking spaces available in the body corp car park visitor spots (not recommended) or street parking.
