About the Property:

We live in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Arana Hills, in a great, convenient spot. There’s a bus stop right out the front of the complex, plus it’s just a 5-minute drive to Grovely Station and about 10 minutes to Brookside Shopping Centre, so getting around is super easy.

The townhouse is fully furnished and well set up, apart from your private room and study area — but if you’ve got some extra furniture or items you’d like to bring, send us a message and we can probably make it work!

There is parking available on the street, and there are visitor parking spots available in the complex.

At the moment, it’s just the two of us (Isabelle and Taylor) living here. We use one of the spare rooms as a shared work-from-home study, which you’re more than welcome to use whenever you need.

Hey! We’re Isabelle and Taylor — two friendly housemates in our early to mid-twenties. Taylor is 25, and works full-time, and I (Isabelle) am 21 and starting my masters at QUT. I also work part-time at a clinic in North Brisbane.
