All floors have a wall unit A/C, and the rental room also has a portable A/C for added temperature control :)
We have a pretty great outdoor entertaining area, complete with a bar. The house is super close to both the Parade, and to the nearby supermarkets.
Our furry son, Archie, is probably our biggest drawcard #mustlovedogs. He is a 4yr old labradoodle, and is the best!
Rental is inclusive of Netflix/Stan, and bills. Easier that way, and saves extra admin on both our behalfs.

Hey everyone, my name is Ryan (I'm the landlord) and I am a 34 year old chiropractor working locally. I live with my girlfriend (Hannah- 29), and another friend (Jeremy- 33); our fourth flatmate is moving back to the UK for work.
