A newly built townhouse that was only completed in August 2021. A 3 storey, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with an open kitchen/living area. Bedroom 2 (bedroom for offer) does have a large built in wardrobe installed.
This house has a street view balcony on level 1 and a small outdoor area on the ground floor with a grass area and washing line.
This house comes fully furnished including couch, TV, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances washing machine, a seating area on the private balcony etc. (bedroom is furnished)
Across the road from a foodland, within walking distance to bus public transport and small drive to Noarlunga train station. A short walk to woolies and a bunch of food places etc.

I make the commute into the city 3 days a week and work the other 2 days from home.
I spend my free/downtime either at home watching Netflix on the couch, at the beach or out with friends.
My house is often clean and tidy.
This house does have a single garage and drive way, however I ask that my flat mate doesn’t park in either and will park their car on the street or carpark across the road. This is only due to me having a busy lifestyle and constantly coming and going from the garage and I’d prefer not to be blocked in.
