very cute three bedroom house in glandore, a little old fashioned, very spacious bedrooms, unfortunately no bath. big backyard, with two sheds. Located just off anzac highway, with kurrulta central a 2 minute walk away. Very good neighbourhood, mostly older people/families.

About the occupants
My name is Hannah, I live alone but my mum often comes down to visit me, the third room in the house is hers, which my brother (15) sometimes stays in on weekends. I have one job and no uni as of yet. I love socialising, and enjoy a good night on the town, I usually work afternoons and nights, from around 3 to 9:30pm. I do have a few friends who come over every now and then but i do also enjoy my time alone and love a good book or movie night more often than not. I do enjoy cooking but am often not there for dinner, so when I cook myself lunch i’m always the type to cook enough for you and leftovers, cooking for one is often not easy for me ahaha. I get along very well with others, so feel free to have friends over whenever as long as everyone respects the living areas and furniture. :)

I appreciate cleanliness in shared spaces, ( your room is your own, so keep it how you please) the house is already fully furnished but if you’d like to add some decoration feel free, i do love a good plant but my house is mostly fake ones ahaha (less maintenance), so if you’ve got some or like to buy them I’m definitely happy about that. I want someone who’s honest and trustworthy as the contract is under my name, also someone who enjoys a bit of socialising with others every now and then, though i understand when people just aren’t in the mood so no pressure :) not fussed with gender, just want someone who i’ll get along with and will respect the house xx
Description of pets
My 4 year old cat, Stella, is very chill though a bit clingy sometimes, she’s completely litter trained and very picky with food ahaha, she usually sleeps in my room but when she wakes up at 3 biting my feet i do tend to kick her out and she will probably come meow at your door or around the house. My kitten, Saylor, is almost 2 months, she was found as a stray and i’ve had her for two weeks. She’s still in the process of litter training among other things so all i’d reccomend is keeping your door shut while you’re not home or while you’re not in there just so she doesn’t do anything naughty cause she loves to climb. They both love cuddles and Stella is very vocal :)
