Rent is $240 per week, with 2 weeks in advance and a standard 4-week bond.
Bills are $50 a week and include electricity, gas, water, unlimited NBN internet, and communal household items such as cleaning supplies and toilet paper. We try to divide all as equitably as possible, so that people who use more pay a little more.
Lease 14 Nov 2025 - 14 Nov 2026 with landlord, possibility to renew yearly.
(Total house rent is $710pw is divided as to each tenant's room space usage.)

Your two bedrooms are ideal for you to use as a bedroom and a home office and fit a queen-sized bed, which is in the pictures. Each features carpet, a large built-in wardrobe and central cooling. The bedrooms and shared living room are UNFURNISHED - the furniture is to give an idea of the size of the room.

Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac 7 minutes walk from Main North Road for multiple bus routes, and a 20-minute bus, or 15-minute drive to the CBD. Northpark and Sefton Park shopping centres are 5 minutes drive, and Churchill Centre with Costco is 7 minutes. The house is fully furnished with all the cooking equipment a foodie could want, as well as a puratap, dishwasher, BBQ, Combo wash/dryer machine. There is central cooling (evaporative) for summer, and a gas heater in the public areas for winter. There's a lovely covered patio for entertaining.

We're looking for an employed female, non-smoker, who has experience living in share houses. (No couples or children, or further pets please.) We're both members of the LGBTQIA+ community and would prefer an AFAB flatmate.
