Hi,
The house is located in Maroubra, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It’s the perfect spot for summer—situated in a quiet, family-friendly street.
You will have the guest house for yourself with bedroom, private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge.
I run my business from home, in the house next to yours, so I’m usually around during the day and often out in the evenings and on weekends. The place is cleaned regularly as it needs to stay tidy for work.
There are a couple of cats on the property; they’re friendly and quite independent.
If you’re looking for a calm, comfortable place close to the beach, this guest house will be perfect for you.
