Hello, I’m heading away for a couple of weeks and looking for a likeminded, respectful person to sublet my beautiful studio in Bondi.

A very spacious, recently renovated studio tucked away on a quiet street next to Waverley Park. It’s peaceful, full of natural light, and comes with a large private outdoor space that gets gorgeous afternoon sun and is ideal for unwinding or catching some rays.
📍 Location perks:
– 15 min walk to Bondi, Bronte and Tamarama beaches
– 5 min walk to Westfield Bondi Junction & train station
– Bus stop right outside the door to take you into the city
This is a calm, feel-good spot and means a lot to me – I’d love to find someone who’ll enjoy and respect it as much as I do.
