Hello!
We are looking for preferably someone in their mid 20s early 30s student/working professional who is respectful, fun loving, tidy, responsible and LGBTQIA+ friendly.
You’ll enjoy having a chat/hang with the housemates, enjoy your own downtime and the occasional house party/family housemate dinner.
The house is old but cozy and quite large. We have furnished the communal living areas and have a cute chill out zone on the porch for morning coffees or late night beers and darts.
We are close to Blackburn station/bus stops, Springvale rd M3 entrance and in walking distance of supermarkets/butchers/cafes/bottle shop and more!

😃Kloe 30 y.o (lives in main house), works in HR full time for a disability organisation (still working from home).
